Malugod na pagbati sa mga mahuhusay na manunulat mula sa Dibisyon ng Lungsod ng Calapan na nagwagi sa mga Individual Contests sa katatapos lamang na Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC) 2026 na ginanap sa Nasugbu, Batangas.

Ang mga medalya at tropeyo na natanggap ay patunay ng kahusayan, dedikasyon, at malikhaing kakayahan ng mga mamayahayag na kabataang Calapeño. Nawa’y magsilbing inspirasyon ang tagumpay na ito upang higit pang paunlarin ang sining ng pamamahayag at patuloy na itaguyod ang matibay na tradisyon ng integridad at husay sa larangan ng campus journalism.

2. Checklist of Requirements and Omnibus Sworn Statement (𝘈𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘹 𝘊 𝘰𝘧 𝘋𝘦𝘱𝘌𝘥 𝘖𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘕𝘰. 7, 𝘴. 2023) duly sworn and subscribed;
3. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport size picture (CS Form 212, Revised 2025) with attached 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙎𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙩 (WES) strictly following CSC Memorandum Circular (M.C.) Nos. 11 and 16, s. 2025 and the "𝘎𝘶𝘪𝘥𝘦 - 𝘍𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘜𝘱 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘗𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘋𝘢𝘵𝘢 𝘚𝘩𝘦𝘦𝘵" which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph complete with signature, photo, thumb mark and duly sworn and subscribed, failure to do so would be tantamount to 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙦𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣;
4. Certified true copy of Transcript of Records with General Weighted Average Rating and Diploma, including completion of graduate and port-graduate units/ degrees, if applicable;
5. Photocopy and Authenticated Certificates of Trainings;
6. Certificate of Employment or Duly Signed Service Record;
7. Photocopy of latest appointment; and
8. Performance rating in the present position for at least one (1) year complete cycle.
